Job description: This position will be responsible for providing first level technical support for BJ's enterprise data network, including local and wide area network, wireless communications, routers, switches, and associated hardware and software. The incumbent will troubleshoot and resolve daily operational issues across the BJ's network infrastructure, as well as participate and support the deployment of new, enhanced, upgraded, or replacement systems, circuits, and related network products. Handles additional duties and/or responsibilities as assigned.
