Job description: Strategic Planning
Support development and execution of VA strategic growth plan
Perform market analyses for targeted market space
Develop and integrate Healthcare Solutions Enterprise Framework into VA programs
New business tactical planning
Develop strategies for expanding share of addressable market and to increase addressable market.
Interface primarily with the VP Healthcare Solutions to ensure market relevance of pursuits, proposals and IR&D to meet orders / profit objectives
Customer Intimacy
Determine key client list and develop / implement customer contact plans
Develop / execute customer relationship strategies for targeted markets / clients
Knowledgeable of healthcare IT industry and VA procurement processes
Demonstrated proficiency building executive level customer relationships
Manage VA Programs and align business account managers
Achieve Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Growth Plan orders, sales, and profit objectives
Managing and maintaining the Program Metrics, Business Opportunity List (BOL), related processes
Execute and develop Program in accordance with Business Acquisition Process
Effectively make pursuit decisions factoring win probability and deal profitability
Hire, train, evaluate, develop and provide leadership guidance to VA program teams and account managers
